Sizing
How do I pick a size?
Our suits are cut roomy and sized from S to XL. The sizes are listed on each product page. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one. It is meant to swallow you.
Can I pick a different size for each suit in a pack?
Yes. In a Duo Set or a Squad Pack you choose the size for every suit separately, and the color where the character comes in more than one.
Who are these made for?
Adults and teens. Our suits are loungewear and costumes, not children's sleepwear, and we do not make them in children's sizes. They are not treated to be flame resistant, so keep them away from open flames and heaters.
The suits
What is in the box?
Your suit and a free fur comb. Hoppenstein (the bunny) and Croakenstein (the frog) are two-piece sets: a hoodie plus matching wide-leg pants. The others are one-piece suits.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Never iron the face or the fur. Once it is dry, brush it with the comb and it fluffs right back up.
Will it pill?
All fleece pills a little with wear. That is what the free comb is for. Brush it and the fluff comes back.
Packs
What is the difference between Solo, Duo Set and Squad Pack?
Solo is one suit. The Duo Set is two suits of the same character. The Squad Pack is four. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per suit.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within one business day. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Will it arrive in time for Halloween?
Order by October 15 and it should. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days after your order ships, so we would rather give you a date with room in it than a promise we cannot keep.
What is Shipping Protection?
An optional add-on in the cart, switched off unless you turn it on. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns and defects
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send back an unworn, unwashed suit for a refund. See our Returns Policy.
What if something is actually wrong with it?
A seam that opens, a zip that fails, a face panel that comes away: that is a defect, and it is covered for 90 days. See our Defects Policy.

How do I use my discount code?
Open the cart, tap "Add a discount code", type the code and apply. The total updates before you check out.
