This policy applies to orders placed on quellsleep.com. The store is operated by QUELLIES LLC, 36 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82901, United States.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There are no shipping fees from us, whatever the size of your order.
Processing time
Orders ship within one business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and busy periods can add time.
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of your purchase, we will contact you and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by that country, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because those charges were not paid, we refund the price of the items less our outbound shipping cost.
Packs
A Duo Set or a Squad Pack can arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can switch on in the cart. It is a service we provide, not an insurance policy. If you add it and your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we send a replacement at no extra cost. It is switched off by default and is never added to your cart unless you choose it.
Wrong address
Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away through the contact page. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address.
Questions
Reach us through the contact page. We usually reply within one business day.
