30 days to decide
Not in love? You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back for a refund.
What can be returned
- Items that are unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them.
- Items returned with their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn beyond trying them on, washed, or damaged after delivery. The free fur comb does not need to be returned.
How to start a return
- Contact us through the contact page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, because returns sent to the wrong address can be lost.
- Send the item back with a tracked service and keep the receipt.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. In that case we cover it.
Wrong size
Our suits are cut roomy and come in S, M, L and XL. The size guide is on each product page. If the size is wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out an exchange or a refund.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. A fault that shows up later is covered by our Defects Policy.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method. We do this within 10 business days of receiving the return, and your bank usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. We email you when the refund is sent.
The optional Shipping Protection fee is not refunded, unless the return is because of our error.
Packs
You can return one suit from a Duo Set or a Squad Pack. The refund is the pack price you paid divided by the number of suits in the pack.
Cancellations
We ship fast, so an order can only be cancelled before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it if it has not already gone out.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Nothing here takes those rights away.
